Provisions for a cooked breakfast for 2 people for 2 nights
The prices below only last until 1st December 2011. By emailing me by 1st Dec. for a booking in the new year, you will get your package for pre Dec prices.
Continental Breakfast (provisions)
1-2 adults $110 per night
extra person $40 per night
School age children $15 per night
Younger than school age, free
Cooked Breakfast (provisions)
1-2 adults $140 per night
Extra adult $50 per night
School age children $25 per night
Younger than school age, free.
Complimentary cot and high chair are available
As a B&B we are required to provide breakfast for every day of your stay. Under no circumstances are we able to remove the breakfast supplies to reduce the daily rate.
Booking terms
Via the book now button, there are no refunds BUT you can change the date(s) without penalty.
Phone or internet bookings - A deposit of $110 is required with in 2 days of your inquiry to confirm your booking
Cancellations with 30 days or more notice -no penalty- re fund your deposit
Cancellations with in 7-29 days, you forfeit the deposit. You can change the dates with out penalty
Cancellations with in 6 days, no refunds of any kind. As above, you can change the dates with out penalty.
We reserve the right to waver these rules in special circumstances.
